  • Third-party sharing: We may share limited information with trusted service providers (for example, payment processors, delivery partners, or fraud-prevention services) only when required to complete a transaction or provide the service; such providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

When you order a product through Wajabat.ae, the following delivery information applies:

  • Proof of delivery: Keep proof of delivery (signed receipt or confirmation by the registered customer) as it may be required for dispute resolution.
  • Shipping process & conditions: Delivery is arranged through our partnered restaurants and courier partners. Specific shipping conditions (packaging, handling, temperature control) depend on the item and partner restaurant.
  • Delivery fees: Delivery fees (if any) or free-delivery conditions will be shown during checkout.
  • Delivery times: Estimated delivery times for local and international orders will be provided at checkout. Actual times may vary due to operational factors beyond our control.

5. Payment Confirmation — Services

After a successful payment, customers will receive confirmation via one or more of the following channels:

  • SMS confirmation or WhatsApp (if a mobile number is provided and the service is available)
